The Fauvist movement is one of my favorites, and this Matisse painting (of his wife) is stunning.
Isn’t it lovely? The more I learn about the Fauvists, the more I love them.
Quite a painting.
I’m grateful that there are so many that use their gifts in a unique way….what someone finds unappealing is the favorite of another 💞💞💞
